Our lab investigates the relationship between fungi and endohyphal bacteria (EHB) i.e. bacteria that live in fungi. I am looking for the key genes playing a role in association of an EHB, Luteibacter with its fungal partner, Pestalotiopsis using RB-TN-Seq.
